We don't list every winery — we list the ones that are doing something the wine itself can vouch for. The pours where the producer is in the tasting room. The hillsides where the view does half the work. The pet-nat experiments and the serious Rieslings.
Click through, taste through. Names, not adjectives.
The only working vineyard on Skaneateles Lake — west-shore hillside, the broadest lake view of any tasting room in the region. Serious dry Riesling and Cabernet Franc, weekend live music on the summer pavilion, and one of the busiest wedding books on the Finger Lakes. Reserve weekend tastings; walk-ins get seated late.
Small east-side producer often referenced in Skaneateles lodging guides — the lower-key alternative to Anyela's, with dry Rieslings and a compact tasting bar. Best for the quieter afternoon when you want a tasting without the weekend-wedding traffic across the water. Call ahead in shoulder season.
