The North Street Tops does the same job as the Route 332 Wegmans with a shorter line — full deli and bakery counters, and a produce aisle that covers a week's groceries. The backup stop when the Wegmans lot is full on a Saturday morning, or the closer option if you're staying on the north end of the city. Curbside pickup and delivery both run through the Tops app.
Naples's full-service grocery on South Main — family-owned for seventy years, the real grocery stop for a south-end stay rather than a specialty shop. Basic aisles, a butcher counter, and prices that beat driving twenty-five minutes back to the Canandaigua Wegmans for a gallon of milk. Open seven days, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
The Route 332 Ace covers the lake rental lifecycle — the fishing tackle you forgot, the propane exchange, the boat drain plug that always goes missing. Open seven days. Faster than the box stores for the one thing you actually need. Ice and firewood by the front door in season.
Parkway Plaza on Routes 5 & 20 — New York State's Wine Retailer of the Year in 2015 and voted Ontario County's best wine and liquor store for close to a decade running. Nine hundred-plus selections leaning New York state wines and hard ciders, plus a wine bar pouring free tastings Thursday through Saturday. Open until 9 p.m. most nights; Sunday hours are shorter.
Family-run on County Road 28 for more than forty years, now under second-generation management — the west-side alternative to the Eastern Boulevard wine shops, with a liquor selection deep enough that locals skip the chain stores. Closed Sundays, which catches out-of-towners more than once; plan the Saturday restock accordingly.
The Route 332 farm-and-ranch store north of the Wegmans plaza — work boots, fencing, dock hardware, and (like most Tractor Supply locations) a propane autofill station that beats waiting on a home delivery truck. Stocks what an actual lake property needs beyond what Ace carries: feed, tarps, trailer parts. Big lot, easy in-and-out.
North Main Street convenience store and gas station — the fuel stop for the south end, plus bagged ice, firewood, and a propane tank exchange that beats driving back to Canandaigua for a full tank. Family-owned NY and PA chain, not a national brand, and the pizza counter inside does a legitimate slice if you're gassing up hungry.
The gas station closest to the City Pier and Kershaw Park — walkable from the north-end rentals if you just need to top off before the drive home. Open early, closes late, with a small convenience counter for ice and the six-pack you forgot. Not the cheapest gas on the lake; it's the convenient one.

Posted for hotel guests, but the lot isn't gated and a quick top-off while you grab coffee in the lobby is generally fine. The closest charging option on the north end; nothing DC-fast within city limits yet.
